Our Story
Born and raised in Hawaii, United States, my love for good food started in my mothers kitchen.She taught me the value of cooking with great products.
At the age of 19 I travelled to Europe and visited visited many different countries. While travelling I was able to taste and try foods I had never seen or tried before. While abroad I met a woman (that would later become my wife) and made Spain my home.
Here in Europe I began to appreciate the different foods, ingredients, aromas, flavours, customs and traditions.I fell in love with all of this and made Spain my home.
At Aurum Fine Foods, we search for exceptional products from artisanˋs that continue to make great products the traditional way. Our goal is to find these products and offer them to our customers.
